    Question Does Microgaming produce casino games?
    Answer No. Microgaming successfully sold its content distribution activity to Games Global in May 2022, including its Quickfire distribution business, games catalogue and progressive jackpot network. Following the sale, Microgaming’s focus is now on licensing its casino platform technology and sportsbook product to a mix of leading industry players, including Games Global.

    Answer As Microgaming is no longer a game provider it is no longer possible to work with us as an affiliate.

    Question Can Microgaming help me get my casino/ game licensed?
    Answer Although Microgaming is licensed in a number of regulated markets and employs a team of in-house compliance specialists, we do not provide compliance services to the broader industry. If you’re a customer of ours, we’d be happy to discuss your licensing requirements in further detail - please contact your Relationship Manager directly.
    Question I have an issue with an account with a casino, what should I do?
    Answer As a platform technology provider, Microgaming is unable to assist with any account related matters. Queries of this nature should be directed to the casino operator you hold the account with.
    Question Does Microgaming create casino websites?
    Answer No - Microgaming provides platform software and technology to the iGaming industry. Our software is therefore integrated into our customers’ existing websites. We do not create or develop casino websites.
    Question I have experienced an issue with a game, can you help me?
    Answer Unfortunately, Microgaming cannot assist with any game related queries as we are no longer a games provider. We would recommend that you get in touch with the games provider directly to discuss your issue in further detail.
