We are looking for an experienced Bingo Network Manager to develop our expanding product and network.

This is an exciting career opportunity for a self-driven, highly motivated individual with good knowledge and practical experience of bingo products and networks, particularly on the management and promotion side. Working with our service and marketing teams, you will manage new customer launches, promotions and budgets to maximise our network.

A confident and articulate negotiator, you will use your interpersonal skills to help forge lasting, collaborative relationships with customers to share ideas and develop innovations for improved game performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategically manage game design and network operations schedules
  • Engage with customers to share ideas, workshop solutions, continuously improve game performance and schedule design
  • Contribute to the education and training of new customers joining the network
  • Work with customers and collect market and product research to feed into the development roadmap

Key requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Practical experience of bingo scheduling, network management and promotion
  • Experience of analysing and interpreting data to make informed business recommendations
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and an ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to fulfil an important, challenging and highly rewarding role.

Whilst experience is preferable, this is a great opportunity for candidates who can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task under pressure.

You would be responsible for providing administrative support to our Corporate Affairs team, maintaining and updating all new business documents, preparing basic draft reports and conducting research into compliance related matters.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete KYC and due diligence checks on prospective operators
  • Draft reports, carry out research, and maintain all new business documents
  • Liaise with various departments and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Assist our Regulatory Compliance Manager and Director of Corporate Affairs with ad hoc queries
  • Promote compliance within the business and solve problems as required

Key requirements

  • Ideally degree educated or equivalent experience of working in an office environment with an understanding of AML legislation
  • Competence in Office-based applications and a basic understanding of corporate documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work streams, work under pressure and use your own initiative
