Are you a team player with good attention to detail? We are looking for an Account Coordinator to provide operational support to the Quickfire service team. You will be responsible for data entry, preparing internal operator sales proposals, and assisting in the creation of client proposals, presentations and media plans. You will also coordinate with the technical team and other parts of the business as required to ensure that upgrades and product launches run smoothly.

Communication is key when it comes to this role, as you will be managing various internal and external links between key stakeholder departments, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships. You will ideally be educated to degree level with at least two years’ experience of working in a fast-paced environment.

Are you an excellent multi-tasker with a quick, creative mind? Our Quickfire business unit is in search of a Product Coordinator to help with the development, implementation and ongoing review of the Quickfire product strategy. Your role will involve the management and reporting of product go-live, and the formalisation of processes and procedures to ensure a successful product take-on by operators. Good analytical skills are needed to compile up-to-date product feature sets and catalogues for competitor comparisons, highlighting gaps and potential opportunities.

You will also need good communication skills to help maintain Quickfire’s excellent relations with clients and operators, as well as to drive and provide support for various projects, keeping internal stakeholders up to date.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a global workforce of data scientists, analysts, report writers and database administrators
  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership, aligned with the business strategy, to standardise how data is sourced, integrated and consumed across the enterprise
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the areas of data warehouse/business intelligence and information technology to source and organise data
  • Create and effectively execute an information strategy that supports and aligns with the business objectives and initiatives

Key requirements

  • Preferably educated to postgraduate level, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, information management, data analysis or a similar field
  • 10+ years’ experience leading teams in an analytics or management consulting environment
  • Proven experience leading the strategic design, delivery and governance of major cross-functional business efforts
  • A strategic, business-minded thinker with demonstrable experience in applying strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse large, complex and multi-dimensional data sets
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

  • Strategically manage game design and network operations schedules

  • Work with customers and conduct own research to collect market and product research to feed into the development roadmap 

Key requirements
