MICROGAMING LAUNCHES SHOOT TODAY
ISLE OF MAN – Microgaming (www.microgaming.co.uk), the world’s largest provider of online gaming software, is delighted to announce that it is launching the Shoot online slot game today.
Football fans and online gaming enthusiasts have been waiting for this release, based on the iconic Shoot brand, for months and will not be disappointed!
Microgaming, in association with Pedigree Group Limited, Principles of the Shoot brand, has developed a brand new online casino game featuring the well-loved imagery from the top football magazine.
Featuring some of the greatest footballers of all time, this big, 50 pay-line game, has a nostalgic retro feel allowing players to relive a by-gone era of the game accompanied by superb graphics and an excellent soundtrack.
A big attraction in Shoot is its Trade ‘Em Bonus, from where two other bonus features can be accessed. When 3 or more Bonus Scatter Symbols appear on the five reels this generous second screen feature is triggered, and the player is awarded 4 picks of the legendary Shoot trading cards. These picks will award win values or special tokens which will gain players’ access to a great Magazine Bonus or to a Free Spins Bonus.
Roger Raatgever, CEO, Microgaming, comments: “Microgaming is pleased to kick off the summer with our exciting new game, Shoot. We are pleased to be associated with this renowned brand, which is held in high esteem by so many, as it captivated generations of football fans in the past. We hope the launch of this game will not only satisfy existing gamers but attract new players, whether they are football fanatics or not!”.
Licensing agent, Bulldog Licensing Limited, represents the rights to the brand, and has worked on the deal with digital specialist AT New Media. Both companies are excited to see the launch of the new game.
Simon Kay, CEO at AT New Media, adds: “When deciding who should provide the software for this innovative online slot, Microgaming’s reputation as an industry leader, coupled with its respect to the iconic Shoot brand, made it an easy choice. We cannot wait to see the response from players!”
