We are looking for a focused Games and Orders Coordinator to fill this wide ranging and important central role.

Providing coordination and product support for the games unit, your proven project management experience will help to deliver seamless inter-departmental management and communication of our industry-leading game development.

Key responsibilities

  • Working with multiple internal departments, you will coordinate the games roadmap from concept to launch, and assist with the production of communication material for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage internal game development order processing systems for the Casino team, including project and production logs for accurate timekeeping and finance reporting
  • Proactively seek system and processing enhancements in line with company objectives
  • The role may involve travel to exhibitions, conferences, networking events and development teams

Key requirements

  • Ideally degree educated with at least 3 years’ working experience in the gaming industry

Aligning local training needs with that strategy, you will work closely with regional HR managers to design an annual training roadmap for each location. Delivery of leadership, essential skills and technical training is a key part of this role, as is the ability to build innovative training programmes. In short, we need someone who can support our people in reaching their potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an international talent development strategy
  • Manage the development life cycle to ensure the company has the right mix of training
