Risk Management
Microgaming's fraud system is set up by the operator using the weighting of logic and rules, and allows operators to move players into the appropriate categories based on these settings. Each user has defined tasks and these can be set up to perform a particular role and can be customised to individual needs.
Chat Management
Microgaming's Player Communication Manager (PCM), tracks Casino players and can be used to proactively assist players through a chat application. PCM is especially valuable during the registration and banking process. PCM allows chat to be initiated by either the operator or the player.
PCM is particularly impressive in enabling a player's behaviour to be modified in order to increase conversion rates. Conversion rates and player behaviour can be tracked and modifications in approach made to further boost performance. This increases lifetime player value and ultimately makes more money for operators.
Network Management
Microgaming's operators have the benefit of a comprehensive schedule of online slots and Blackjack Tournaments, which are available right across their own brands. In this way, several variations of tournaments may be created.
Report Management
Microgaming's Casper software is capable of providing more than 100 standard reports. This total can be increased further to suit an individual operator's requirements. These reports are exportable into various formats, including Excel, and can be uploaded in bulk.
Casper's very extensive search parameters enable operators to fully control the data provided by refining or expanding on these to whatever point they require. Examples of the search parameters include date range, player type and player group.
Microgaming's operators can easily remove any of the data returned, within any given report, to meet their needs. Where non-standard reports have been initiated they can be saved to the operator's system in such a way that the search parameters and any manipulation of the columns to date will be retained. The standard reports include reports on the following areas:
- Purchases and administration events
- Game and tournament analysis
- Loyalty
- Player acquisition and retention
- Profitability
- Promotions and free games
- Risk and fraud management
- Systems analysis
